Nothing is sold or paid for on this site, so there is no checkout and no refund policy to apply. Commercial terms, including any payment or refund arrangements, live in the written agreement for your engagement, not on this page.
The work
Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, terms, and confidentiality. This site does not create one, and nothing here is an offer or a contract.
Support
Every build includes documentation, a handover, and a standard support window. Ongoing support is optional, offered as a choice rather than a fee assumed by default. The specifics are written into your agreement.
Case studies
Case studies describe real work. Client names are redacted under agreement, and figures are kept general on purpose.
Content
